Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the RozVocab app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Free Trial

New users may access the app free of charge for 3 days. No payment is required to start the free trial. During the trial, all or most features may be available.

Subscription

After the free trial, continued access to new daily words requires an active subscription. The subscription price is ₹99/month after the free trial. Subscription details, pricing and billing are handled through the relevant app store or payment provider.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your payment card information. All charges are governed by the payment provider's terms and your selected billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the app store or payment provider you used to subscribe. Cancellations typically take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, copy or redistribute content without permission, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks and materials in the app and website are owned by or licensed to IIT Brains. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Availability of Service

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IIT Brains is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
